Kyrgyzstan has proposed to open branches of European universities in Central Asian countries
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Aybek Moldogaziyev proposed to open branch offices of European Universities in CA countries, reports sng.today with reference to the press-service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Moldogaziyev headed the delegation of his country at the Ministerial meeting in Samarkand, which was held in the format of the European Union – Central Asia.
During the forum, the parties discussed issues of interregional cooperation in the sphere of security, trade and economy, investment, water and energy cooperation.
The Deputy Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan stressed that the engine of growth in Central Asia should be free trade, investments, development of transport and transit infrastructure and digitalization.
Besides, he suggested opening branch offices of European Universities in Kyrgyzstan and Central Asian countries, as well as implementing pilot scientific and research projects.
