ACTN has launched an outsourcing call center for entrepreneurs and organizations

CJSC “Ashgabat City Telephone Network” expands the list of services for small and medium businesses and launches a full sized outsource call-center. The official website of the ACTN reports it.

Various organizations, businesses, companies and individual entrepreneurs of Ashgabat, with the help of the ACTN call-center will be able to organize, for example, their own information line on their services, a hotline or a technical support line. To do this, the one will need to conclude an agreement with the ACTN for the provision of “Call center” service rendering.

Call-center operators will be able to tell on the phone about business offers, reply to frequent questions and make consultations for customers on goods and services.

For entrepreneurs and small businesses, it will be relevant to connect several operators who will be ready to answer the calls of the customers. Telephone lines assigned to the "Call center" service will always be free for calling customers and by connecting with the operator they’ll receive all the necessary information.

The Closed Joint Stock Company “Ashgabat City Telephone Network” is a communication operator and provides services of IPTV, Internet, telephone services, services of local telephone connection as well as CDMA radio connection. The shareholders of JSC "Ashgabat City Telephone Network" are the Agency “Turkmensvyaz”, the telecommunications company “Turkmentelecom” and the mobile operator of JSC “Altyn Asyr”.
