Apple plans to make the trigger phrase “Hey Siri!” easier to pronounce by simply “Siri!”, writes The verge website.

Apple's Siri is a “cloud-based” personal assistant and question-and-answer system designed to be similar to Google's “Ok Google”, Microsoft's Cortana, or Amazon's Alexa.

Apple has been working on redesigning Siri for months. The trigger phrase upgrade is slated to go live next year or 2024, with the upgraded Siri able to understand self-address in multiple accents and dialects.
