With the arrival of autumn, over ten million flowers will be planted in all parks and squares of Tajikistan, reports “MIR 24”. Preference is given to autumn tagetes and ornamental cabbage. As flower growers note, these plants are very unpretentious and will bloom until December.
According to florist Mairam Pirova, in cloudy autumn, bright yellow caps of marigolds look very beautiful in flowerbeds - “they have a fragrant, spicy aroma. In addition, they heal the soil”.
Ornamental cabbage will be planted two weeks later, as this plant is more adapted to the cold. By winter, this country also prepared viola and daisy seeds, which are imported from Holland, America and China.
“The weather in our country permits us to literally drown in flowers all year round. Landscape designers create whole compositions from them, and for this it is important to take into account the color scheme of each flower. It is strictly forbidden to pluck them”, said Madikrom Nazriev, an employee of the city park named after A. Rudaki.
