An unusual vacancy for children has appeared in a nursing home in northern Japan. As reports gazeta.ru with reference to CNN, in order to brighten up the lives of the residents of the social institution, infants and children under three years of age will be hired.
The duties of the “employees” include communication with the elderly, whom small children, according to the director of the house, should cheer up and evoke positive emotions. Applicants are promised flexible schedules, artificial nutrition and diapers, and their mothers will be offered tea, coffee and desserts.
As nursing home manager Gondo Kimie noted, “Even people who usually don’t talk much, smile little, or move little, as soon as they see babies, their facial expressions become brighter”.
More than 30 families have already responded to the job posting.
