This season, at least 20 types of canned products under the trademarks “Nur”, “Mylayym” and “Hazyna” from the enterprise “Ovadan ulke” will appear on the consumer market of Turkmenistan.
As reports “Turkmenistan: The Golden Age”, new types of jam from apricots, cherries, strawberries and blackberries under the trademarks “Nur” and “Mylayym” were already prepared in June.
Now pickled tomatoes, cucumbers, assorted vegetables and other vegetables of the new crop are being prepared. This product will be represented by all sorts of mixed vegetables: pickled cucumbers with tomatoes, with cabbage and carrots, cucumbers with sweet peppers, home-style pickled tomatoes with garlic and cucumbers, sliced vegetables with onions. All marinades are rolled up in glass jars with a volume of 480 and 900 grams.
The entrepreneurs are also expanding the range of products of the cottonseed oil processing and mayonnaise production workshop. The “Ovadan ulke” plant was the first in Turkmenistan to start producing mayonnaise and margarine from local cottonseed oil.
Based on local raw materials - refined cottonseed oil - the company produces dessert paste with cocoa and hazelnuts without the addition of soy and foreign ingredients.
