On behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, also on his own behalf, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his congratulations and best wishes to the Head of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov and to the whole brotherly people on the occasion of the Day of Independence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Noting that at present time the fraternal relations between two countries, based on the principles of good neighborliness, friendship and trust, successfully developing on the broadest spectrum, the leader of Turkmenistan expressed his firm conviction that through joint efforts the Turkmen-Kyrgyz interstate ties will continue to expand and strengthen for the benefit of the two peoples.
The Head of Turkmenistan wished the President Sadyr Japarov good health, happiness and well-being, and the brotherly people of the Kyrgyz Republic peace, further progress and prosperity, the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper reported today.
