The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the head of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk-yeol on the occasion of the national holiday of the country - Liberation Day, celebrated today.
“We show great interest in the further development of bilateral relations. We express our firm confidence that cooperation between our countries will continue to be systematically increased in the interests of both peoples,” says the message.
As reports the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper, Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished the people of the Republic of Korea peace, further progress and prosperity.
The national holiday - Liberation Day - has been celebrated in the Republic of Korea since 1949 and is called “Kwangbokchol” - the holiday of the return of light.
