The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes on the occasion of India's Independence Day to the head of the Republic, Mrs. Draupadi Murma, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the people of the country.
“Effective and mutually beneficial relations have been established between Turkmenistan and the Republic of India in the political, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other spheres. I firmly believe that these relations will continue to systematically expand in the interests of our peoples,” says the message.
Today India is celebrating the 75th anniversary of independence. In honor of this significant date, the Embassy of India in Turkmenistan held various events throughout the year, including mass demonstrations of yoga, lectures and webinars for medical students on Ayurveda, and more.
