In Turkmenistan this year for the first time will be celebrated a new professional holiday - the Day of workers of the construction and industrial complex. Industry professionals will be honored on August 6.
The holiday was established by the Decree of the President of Turkmenistan in December 2021 “in order to honor the conscientious and selfless work of the workers of the complex for the development of construction, energy, utilities and industry”.
A large program of events is planned for this day.
At the moment, a specialized book exhibition has already been launched in the Central Scientific Library of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan for this holiday, which presents literature published in different years for specialists, teachers and students of specialized universities. These are books, periodicals, textbooks in the Turkmen and Russian languages, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
On the occasion of the holiday, on August 6, the international exhibition “Construction, Industry, Energy of Turkmenistan-2022” will open, which will present the achievements, potential and prospects for the development of the complex. Within the framework of the exhibition, a scientific and practical conference “Development of the construction, industrial, energy sectors of Turkmenistan” will be held.
