The speed limit for trains in Turkmenistan has been set by the country's railways management due to hot weather, the press service of the “Turkmendemiryollary” Agency reported on Thursday.

The “Turkmendemiryollary” agency explained that due to the heat in July and August, the temperature of the railway track and its steel parts will be high. In this regard, it was decided to limit the speed of trains.

In neighboring Uzbekistan, due to the hot weather, a speed limit was introduced for trains.
