The Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov arrived in Ashgabat to participate in the meeting of the heads of the foreign ministries of Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia and Turkmenistan, reports TASS.

The summit of the Foreign Ministries of the Caspian states will be held today in Ashgabat and will be a preparation for the main IV Caspian summit, which is scheduled for June 29.
