President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the new composition of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Turkish commission on economic cooperation with Turkmen side by signing a corresponding Decree today, the information program “Watan” of the Turkmen television reports.
The document is signed “in the aims of the partnership development between Turkmenistan and Türkiye Republic” information notes.
On March 25, 2022 the responsibilities of the Chairman from the Turkmen side of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Turkish commission on economic cooperation were assigned to the Vice-Premier on trade complex, textile industry and entrepreneurship Chary Gylyjov. However, on June 4, he was discharged from this position due to “for the shortcomings in the work” by the Order of the President of Turkmenistan. At present time the responsibilities of the Vice-Premier on trade complex, textile industry and entrepreneurship execute ex-Prosecutor General Batyr Atdaev.
