The Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) will hand over tests for laboratory diagnosis of monkeypox developed by the “Vector” center to partners from Turkmenistan, reports TASS with reference to the press service of the department.
It is noted that this became known today after the meeting of the Minister of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan Nurmuhammet Amannepesov with the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova.
“In accordance with the registration of cases of monkeypox in a number of countries around the world, Rospotrebnadzor will provide partners from Turkmenistan with tests developed by the Vector scientific center for laboratory diagnosis of this disease, and will also provide advisory assistance”, says the message of the press center of Rospotrebnadzor.
