The Italy “Roma” beat the Netherlands “Feyenoord” in the UEFA Conference League final. The final match, held at the Arena Kombetare stadium in Tirana (Albania), ended with a score of 1:0 in favor of the Italian team.

The only goal was scored in the 32nd minute, when Nicolo Zaniolo scored from Gianluca Mancini's pass.

Thus, “Roma”, under the leadership of the Portuguese specialist José Mourinho, became the first ever winner of the Conference League. 59 years old, Mourinho became the first coach to win all three European Cup trophies. In the 2003/04 and 2009/10 seasons, the Portuguese won the UEFA Champions League with “Porto” and “Inter” respectively. In the 2002/03 season, he won the UEFA Cup with the same “Porto”, and in the 2016/17 season, he won the Europa League with “Manchester United”.

The UEFA Conference League is an annual competition between UEFA member football clubs. Clubs qualify for this League based on their performance in domestic leagues and cup competitions. It is the third tier of European club football after the Champions League and Europa League.
