The Federation of Mixed Martial Arts of Turkmenistan has been accepted to the full member of the corresponding International Federation (IMMAF). The Council of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation made this decision, which met on April 20, reports the official website of the organization.

IMMAF has been operating since 2012. The organization holds international MMA tournaments among amateurs – world and European championship. The IMMAF received recognition from the World Anti-Doping Agency in 2021.
