The Turkmen exposition was organized in the capital of Tajikistan within the framework of the “Night at the Museum” event dedicated to the International Museum Day, reports the publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.

The action was organized in the building of the National Museum of the Republic of Tajikistan in Dushanbe.

The heads and representatives of diplomatic missions and representative offices of international organizations accredited in Dushanbe, the leadership of the country’s Foreign Ministry, representatives of scientific intelligentsia and public organizations participated in the opening ceremony.

The Turkmen exposition was decorated in national colors. Traditional folk costumes, jewelry, handmade carpets, embroideries, and paintings reflecting the wide palette of the identity of the Turkmen people were presented here.

The guests of the event got acquainted with publications that tell about the modern achievements of Turkmenistan in various industries, a stand designed for the Day of the Constitution and the State Flag of Turkmenistan.

Music and songs performed by bakhshi, and dishes of national Turkmen cuisine, which were served to the guests, complemented the national flavor.
