Kazakhstan will impose a ban on the export of white sugar and raw cane sugar from the country. The minister of agriculture of the republic signed the corresponding order, announced “MIR24”.

It is noted that the ban will be in effect from May 23 for six months. The document provides that the department will inform the Eurasian Economic Commission about the introduction of the ban.

Earlier Kazakhstan introduced a quota for the export of grain and flour.
