The requirements for applicants:
- higher education;
- the experience at least of 4 years in project management at the national or international level (or at least 2, but with a master’s degree);
- fluency in English, Russian and Turkmen;
- a master’s degree in public health is desirable, but not required;
- project management experience in healthcare or medicine is desirable, but not required.
