Turkmenistan representatives studied methods of training instructors of military and law enforcement agencies

The representatives of related state agencies of Turkmenistan become online participants of the regional seminar on the development of training methods for instructors and trainers of border, customs and phytoveterinary services of Central Asian countries.

As per “Turkmenistan: The Golden Age” edition, the seminar was organized in Tashkent by the Border Management Assistance Program in Central Asia (BOMCA) in cooperation with the OSCE Program Office in Dushanbe and the OSCE Border College.

The seminar was focused on capacity increase and preparation of teachers and trainers of military and law enforcement authorities of the countries of the region for timely provision of qualified expertise in successful knowledge and skills transmission.

An expert team from the Latvian State Border College and the OSCE Border College familiarized the participants with the training courses planning concept, curriculum design, also, the selection and successful embedding of corresponding training methods.

This methodology will be tested in future during next trainings, planned in the frame of BOMCA program.

The Border Management Assistance Program in Central Asia (BOMCA) is funded by the European Union and is aimed at improving security and stability in the region through supporting cross-border cooperation and improving the living conditions of people living in the border areas of Central Asia.
