A grandiose concert of works by composers from Muslim countries of the Middle East, Central Asia and regions of Russia, dedicated to the 1100th anniversary of the adoption of Islam by the Volga Bulgaria will be held in Tatarstan.
The part of the soloist Merdan Byashimov from Turkmenistan will perfom on the stage of the large Concert Hall named after Saidashev on March 24, reported on the Kazan State Conservatory website.
National music both on academic and folk instruments – tar, kobyz, Caucasian harmonica, kurai will be presented to the public.
The Kazan Conservatory Symphony Orchestra and student choir, and also the Tatarica Orchestra conducted by Honored Art Worker of the Republic of Tatarstan, Professor Rinat Khalitov will perform the works of contemporary authors.
It should be notes, that the work of Merdan Byashimov “Sedy maritsa” brought him victory in the V International Competition for Young Performers in 2019 in Sochi.
