Polypropylene packing tapes produced by the entrepreneur Shanazar Yarjanov are the demanded product in the foreign market: they are used for bracing and transportation of goods. Polypropylene bands manage to transport and store a freight up to 500 kg.
The plant producing bands from the local raw materials with the capacity 144 tons per month and 1728 tons per year produces the items with a width from 8 to 16 mm and a thickness from 0.5 to 1.2 mm.
The tapes are packed into bobbins each of which is up to 2000 meters. Finished products are tested in the laboratory on special equipment to check their thickness, strength and durability.
Turkmen polypropylene tapes are already exported to Russia. Businessmen from Belarus and Turkey are also showing interest in cooperation, according to the website of the UIET.
