Instagram has again revised its screen time limit policy and increased the minimum limit for using the program to 30 minutes. If earlier users could limit their stay on the social network to 10 or 15 minutes, now this feature has been removed from the application, according to secretmag.ru, with a reference to TechCrunch data.
Currently, the minimum limit is 30 minutes, and the design of the app encourages people to choose this option last.
The screen time limit was implemented by Instagram in 2018, after users began to complain that being on the app for a long time was affecting their well-being and mental health.
