800 thousand doses of the Sputnik Lite antiviral vaccine delivered to Turkmenistan from Russia. Maria Zakharova, Director of the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry stated it at a briefing today.
"In the difficult conditions of the pandemic, Russia and Turkmenistan continue active cooperation in the field of countering dangerous infectious diseases.
On January 29, the next batch of the Russian antiviral vaccine "Sputnik Lite" delivered to Turkmenistan – 800 thousand doses. Of these, 300 thousand were provided free of charge," she noted.
The diplomat also stressed that Russia confirms its readiness to further expand cooperation with all its partners, including in countering coronavirus.
