The Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Belarus organized a conference dedicated to the slogan of 2022 announced in the country "The era of the people with Arkadag," reported the Internet newspaper “Turkmenistan.ru”.

The participants of the action were Turkmen students - students of the Belarusian State University, Belarusian State Medical University, Belarusian State Pedagogical University named after Maxim. Tank, Belarusian Economic University.

The conference was opened by Nazarguly Shagulyyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus, Permanent Plenipotentiary Representative of Turkmenistan to the statutory and other bodies of the CIS.

The head of the Turkmen diplomatic mission in Minsk spoke in detail about the achievements of Turkmenistan over the years of independent development. The information was supported by a video about the successes of the neutral Turkmen state in political, economic and cultural life.

The students who made presentations presented their research on the recent history of the country.

Within the framework of the conference, an exhibition was organized, the exposition of which demonstrated samples of national arts and crafts: carpets, jewelry, clothes, household items, and photographs depicting significant events in the life of the Turkmen people.
