More than 60 organizations are take part in the first step of the construction of the facilities of the new administrative center of the Ahal velayat, informs the publication “Turkmenistan: The Golden Age”.

Among the general contractors, who have signed construction contracts are well-known structural divisions of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, such as business companies “Ajaýyp bina”, “Döwlet Gurluşyk”, “Gujurly Binagär”, individual enterprises “Çeper Gurluşyk”, “Aktab”, “Ussat inžener”, “Nur bina Gurluşyk” and others.

At the present time, currently constructive-montage works are going at all installations. More than 500 pieces of technics and more than 15000 builders of various fields are involved.

It is planned to build a total of 151 objects, of which – 126 residential multi store buildings of increased comfort, 19 – social and public purposes and 6 objects of engineering infrastructure during the construction of the second stage.

In accordance with General plan, there will be the State Circus, the International Higher School of Horse Breeding and the Research and Production Center of this profile, a shopping and entertainment center, an administrative center of the velayat health department, a multidisciplinary hospital for 360 beds, oncology medical centers for 150 beds, security maternal and child health for 150 beds, security maternal and child health for 150 beds, ambulance.

The Head of the State emphasized several times, that new administrative center of Ahal velayat should be an example of culture and ecology. Therefore, while creating an administrative center, the special attention is paid to the realization of the “smart” city conception.
