The importance of joint work within the framework of the Turkmen-Astrakhan Council on entrepreneurship was highlighted, and the prospects for cooperation in the fields of trade, construction, shipbuilding and maritime logistics were noted.

The parties noted the positive dynamics of bilateral trade, volumes of transportation activities and other economic indicators.

The fruitful partnership of the Turkmen side with the OAO “Pervomayskiy ship-repair plant” for the repair of dry-cargo ships and oil tankers was emphasized.

The parties expressed their readiness to further develop cooperation in the field of science, education, culture, health care, sports and other spheres.
