Today, the sixteenth meeting of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh (parliament) of Turkmenistan of the sixth convocation took place, a number of bills and legislative documents were put on the agenda, the “Vatan” news program of Turkmen television reported.
As noted during the meeting, improving the legislative and legal framework is a key factor in the further successful development of the Turkmen state and society, strengthening its democratic and legal foundations.
At the meeting of the Mejlis, the draft laws "On social services", "On the prevention of non-communicable diseases and the fight against them", "On hunting and the protection of hunting wealth" were considered and adopted.
