Iranian businessmen are ready to cooperate with Turkmenistan in the fields of engineering, bio- and nanotechnology. This was reported by the website of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, referring to the statement by the Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Diplomacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mahdi Safari in the process of negotiations with Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Dovran Hudayberdyev.
From the Safari side, Iran's opportunities in the economic, agricultural and commercial sectors were outlined. He stressed that Tehran is ready to share its experience with the Turkmen side, in particular in the engineering and technical field, nano- and biotechnologies.
During the meeting, the most important areas of bilateral cooperation in the fields of energy, gas and electricity, transportation and transit, export of technical and engineering services, healthcare and treatment were also discussed, the source said.
