Turkmen students studying at the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University have successfully performed in the interuniversity festival of Tatarstan "International Student Day", having won two first places and one third, kazan.tmconsulate.gov.tm reports.
Thus, the student dance group “Dostluk”, having performed several Turkmen dances, including Kushtdepdi, won first place in the Folk Dance nomination. "Dostluk" was awarded a diploma and a cup, as well as a gift certificate in the amount of 10 thousand rubles.
Gurbanov Aziz, Esenov Shamurat, Gulnaza Azatova, Zeba Azatova, Arazmatova Bagul, Babakulyev Aylar, Khudaibergenov Makhira, Babamuradova Kabe, Umarbekova Guli, Bekjanova Shaharadovali, Lazydzhanov Azadova Tumar, Agadzhanova Altyn, Myradov Toily, Dovletova Shazada, Agadzhanova Altyn, Aydogdyeva Maisa, Orunov Nepes and Charyev Hudayberdi.
3rd year student of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication of the Kazan Federal University Begench Gylyjov took first place in the "Folk Songs" nomination, performing the Turkmen song "Yar Yuzunden". The vocalist was also awarded a diploma, a cup and a gift certificate in the amount of 10 thousand rubles.
The dance group "Galkynysh" from the Yelabuga Institute of the Kazan Federal University took third place in the "Folk stylized dance" competition, performing a dance composition to the song "Ashgabat". The ensemble included Permankulieva Aybolek, Dovranova Aziza, Charyeva Gulshat, Dovranova Bossan, and Zarifova Guldasta.
