More than 82 million rubles were allocated this year for the repair of roads in the Turkmen district of the Stavropol Territory within the framework of the regional state program “Development of the transport system”, according to stapravda.ru.
At the moment, the repair work has already been completed, the total length of the updated road sections is more than 15 km.
Renovation subsidies have been awarded twice this year. At the expense of the first subsidy, sections of roads were repaired in the villages of Kulikovy Kopani, Sharahalsun, in the villages of Kambulat, Letnyaya Stavka, Kenje-Kulak and Ovoshi. A section of the access road to the village of Kazgulak was also repaired. The second subsidy was used to renovate a section of roads in the villages of Kazgulak, Kenje-Kulak, Ovoshi and Malye Yagury. Now these roads meet regulatory requirements and are easy to move around, the source said.
Yevgeny Shtepa, Minister of Roads and Transport of the Stavropol Territory, notes:
“The well-being of the residents of the villages and settlements of Stavropol Territory, as well as the socio-economic development of the districts in general, directly depends on the state of the road transport network. Thanks to the implementation of the state program, hundreds of rural roads have already been repaired, and their number will increase every year.”
