The document instructed the State Concern "Turkmenhimiya" to conclude an internal corresponding Credit Agreement with the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan.
This Agreement and a number of documents on investment and attraction of loans were signed following the visit of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov to the United Arab Emirates.
