The third session of the Halk Maslahaty of the Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan of the first convocation was held today. The meeting considered the laws adopted on October 30 during the fifteenth meeting of the Mejlis of the Milli Gengesh.
The meeting was also attended by representatives of the media.
During the session, the Deputy Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Milli Gengesh Kasymguly Babayev, as well as the heads of the Committees, made speeches. They presented opinions on each of the legislative acts.
The first to be discussed was the Law of Turkmenistan "On the State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2022" adopted by the Mejlis of Milli Gengesh.
The speakers noted that the main financial document provides for an increase in the revenue side of the State Budget. Significant of his funds are directed to the provision of public and social services.
After discussion, the members of the Halk Maslahaty unanimously approved the Law “On the State Budget of Turkmenistan for 2022, submitted for their consideration.
Further, the Law of Turkmenistan "On trust management of state property" was considered, which defines the goals, methods and procedure for transferring state property to trust.
Then the members of the Halk Maslahaty discussed the new Law "On Postal Service", the Law "On the State Land Cadastre" in a new edition, the Law "On the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens in Turkmenistan", the Law "On Accession to the Agreement on the Establishment of the Global Green Growth Institute."
Along with this, the members of the Halk Maslahaty considered a number of Laws concerning the improvement of the current legislation: on amending the Criminal Code of Turkmenistan, on amendments and invalidation of some legislative acts of Turkmenistan, on amendments and additions to the Laws of Turkmenistan "On denationalization and privatization of state property", "On licensing of certain types of activities", "On highways and road activities", "On amendments and additions to the Regulation on the honorary title of Turkmenistan" Ene myahri ", to the Code of Turkmenistan on social protection of the population, amendments and additions to some legislative acts Of Turkmenistan, amendments to the Law of Turkmenistan "On the protection of atmospheric air", on amendments and additions to the Law of Turkmenistan "On environmental safety". Appropriate Resolutions were adopted on them, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
