On November 26, at 10:00 am, an auction for the sale of 20 state property objects will be held in the building of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan. The announcement of the auction was published in today's Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.

The list of objects put up for auction includes objects of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations, Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Turkmenbashi”, Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection, State Concern “Turkmengas”, Committee of Water Resources of Turkmenistan, “Turkmenavtoulaglary” Agency, State Association “Turkmenhaly”, hyakimliks of Dashoguz, Lebap and Mary velayats.

Citizens of Turkmenistan, citizens of foreign states, as well as non-state legal entities of Turkmenistan and legal entities of foreign states that have submitted an application in the prescribed form, have made a deposit and a special fee, and have passed registration for participation in the auction within the prescribed period, are allowed to participate in the auction in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.

Foreign legal entities, international organizations established in accordance with the legislation of foreign states, their permanent missions and branches in Turkmenistan can participate in the denationalization of state property and the privatization of state property only if there is an opinion of the Agency for the Protection of the Economy from Risks under the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan.

Acceptance of applications and registration of participants is carried out by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan from the date of publication of this information message and ends 24 hours before the start of the auction. Registration of participants begins on the day of the auction at 9.00.

Consultations on the procedure for participation in the auction and provision of additional information on privatization objects are carried out by the Department of Property Relations and Entrepreneurship Support of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan and the specialized departments of property relations and support of entrepreneurship of the Department of Finance and Economy of the velayats and Ashgabat.

All auction participants are given the opportunity to preliminarily familiarize themselves with information about the privatization object. The implementation of state facilities is carried out with all obligations.
