Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill sent congratulations to President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the 30th anniversary of the country's independence, writes "Turkmenistan Golden Age", referring to the official website of the Russian Orthodox Church.
