Turkmenistan to send humanitarian aid to Turkey

Turkmenistan will send Turkmen products to the Republic of Turkey as a sign of friendship and good-neighborliness. The corresponding Order “to provide medical assistance to victims of fires” was signed by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the information program “Vatan” of the Turkmen television reported today.

The document instructs the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan to transfer medicines and medical supplies to the Turkish Republic free of charge, the report says.

Recall that forest fires in Turkey began on July 28 in the Antalya province, consequently covering more areas, including resort ones.
