The winners of the creative competition were awarded in Dashoguz

The results of the creative competition among schoolchildren dedicated to the 140th anniversary of Ashgabat were summed up in Dashoguz, “Turkmenistan: Golden Age” reports.

Students from all etraps of the Dashoguz velayat took part in the competition.

In accordance with the terms of the competition, drawings made with paints and poems dedicated to Ashgabat were accepted in Turkmen, Russian and English.

The best drawings adorned the thematic exhibition in the foyer of the local history museum of the Dashoguz velayat.

Feruza Atabayeva, a 10th grade student of the Dashoguz special school №23, became the winner in the category of drawings.

The first place in the nomination for the best poem was awarded to:

  • Aynur Hudaybergenova, student of the 10th grade of secondary school No. 33 of Akdepe etrap (the best poem in the Turkmen language);
  • Leyli Zafarova, 8th grade student of the school No.24 of Dashoguz specializing in the study of foreign languages (the best poem in Russian);
  • Lachin Ojibaeva, 11th grade student of Dashoguz specialized school No. 26 (the best poem in English).

The laureates of the competition are given the opportunity to study free of charge at the educational center “Bagtyýar eýýam” during one training cycle.

Pupils who took second and third places were awarded with certificates of honor and mementos from the organizers: the velayat branch of the Mahtumkuli Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, the main education department of the Dashoguz velayat, the editorial office of the newspaper “Dashoguz habarlary” and the private educational enterprise “Bagtyyar eyyam”.
