The state commercial bank of Turkmenistan “Dayhanbank” offers a new type of loan - Talyp karzy (“Student loan”), according to “Mugallymlar gazeti” (“Teachers' newspaper”).
This type of loan is strictly targeted and is provided in a non-cash form to citizens of Turkmenistan to pay for tuition in secondary specialized and higher educational institutions.
