The list of states whose students can return is compiled and updated by Rospotrebnadzor Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights), now it includes: Belarus, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Armenia, Greece, Egypt, India, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Kyrgyzstan, Seychelles, Cuba, Serbia, Tanzania, Singapore, Finland, Turkey, Switzerland, Ethiopia, Republic of Korea, Japan.

In mid-February, Rospotrebnadzor (Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights) announced that countries that had resumed flights with Russia could return to Russia to continue their full-time studies.

Foreign students of Russian universities must notify them by e-mail of their arrival at least ten days in advance. Then they will have to undergo a PCR test twice: three days before entering Russia and after entering the country.

Until the results of the second test are known, international students must self-isolate and study online.
