The President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov has appointed Serdar Gurbangulyevich Berdimuhamedov Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Chairman of the Supreme Control Chamber of Turkmenistan. According to the Decree signed today, he was included in the State Security Council of Turkmenistan, the Vatan news program of the Turkmen television reported.

The new post of Deputy Prime Minister was introduced in accordance with the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan.

Earlier, since February 7, 2020, Serdar Berdimuhamedov served as the Minister of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan.
