At a working meeting on the development of the construction and industrial complex held today, the President of Turkmenistan got acquainted with the sketches of projects for the 17th stage of the capital's development, which will be implemented along the coast of the Golden Lake, located in the northern part of Ashgabat.
As Deputy Prime Minister Shamuhammet Durdylyev reported to the President of the country, among the projects planned for implementation there are 10 comfortable complexes with all conveniences, distinguished by the originality of design and configuration.
Along with this, it is envisaged to build an administrative office, medical and shopping and service centers, a police and fire safety department building, 2 parking lots for 500 cars, parks, a platform for cultural events, and other relevant facilities, as well as the creation of the necessary engineering and technical and road infrastructure.
In general, approving the submitted projects, the head of state stressed that when forming a modern leisure infrastructure, it is necessary to take into account all aspects, including the local landscape, with which the objects planned for construction should be in harmony.
Speaking about new, planned for construction, objects of various purposes, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the need to use modern experience and technologies, know-how in their construction, create optimal living conditions in cottages, giving the Deputy Prime Minister a number of specific instructions.
The leader of the nation stressed that special attention should be paid to the quality of construction work and the careful selection of materials used, their compliance with such characteristics as environmental friendliness and aesthetics, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports
