On January 27, an auction for the sale of state property, organized by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, will take place.

The auction is held in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan on the privatization of state property.
The time of the event is 10.00, the venue is the building of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan at 156 Archabil Shayoly, Ashgabat.
Citizens of Turkmenistan, citizens of foreign states, as well as non-state legal entities of Turkmenistan and legal entities of foreign states that have submitted an application in accordance with the established form, have made a deposit and a special fee and have passed registration for participation in the auction within the prescribed period are allowed to participate in the auction in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.
Foreign legal entities, international organizations established in accordance with the legislation of foreign states, their permanent missions and branches in Turkmenistan can participate in the denationalization of state property and the privatization of state property only if there is an opinion of the Agency for the Protection of the Economy from Risks under the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan.
Acceptance of applications and registration of participants is carried out by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan from the date of publication of this information message and ends 24 hours before the start of the auction.
Registration of participants begins on the day of the auction at 9.00.
Consultations on the procedure for participation in the auction and the provision of additional information about the objects of privatization are carried out by the Department of Property Relations and Support of Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Finance and Economy
Turkmenistan and specialized departments of property relations and support of entrepreneurship of the department of finance and economy of the velayats and the city of Ashgabat.
