Today “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper states that President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on awarding the heads of military and law enforcement agencies with an anniversary medal “25 years of Neutrality of Turkmenistan”.

“Considering a large personal contribution in strengthening of the neutrality of Turkmenistan, sovereignty and legal status of permanent neutrality, increasing the defenses of the native Motherland, in ensuring the safety of citizens,

law and order, longstanding conscientious work, active and fruitful state work as well as on the occasion of a glorious holiday - 25 years of Neutrality of Turkmenistan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov decreed to award with
