Today in Ashgabat on the results of the contest of innovative projects "Digital decision-2020", organized by the Agency " Turkmenaragatnashyk " to identify and stimulate individuals and legal entities involved in software development and innovative inventions based on modern achievements of world science, generating new ideas, as well as having a great potential of the digitization of the economy.
The contest was held from November 23-27, 2020 in 7 categories:
• health;
• science and education;
• industry;
• transport and communications;
• service sector;
• medium and small businesses;
• a "smart" city.
Based on the results of the competition, the jury determined one first, two second and three third places in each category.
The project "E - health System for citizens and doctors" by Ruslan Gasanov, a fourth-year student of the Oguz Han University of Engineering and technology of Turkmenistan, was recognized as the best in the "Health Care" category.
Ogulniyaz Orazbayeva-specialist of “Tapylgysyz mahabat” with the project "Germew Online Turkmençe" won in the category "Science and education".
In the nomination "Industry" has become the best project Daniyar Ismailov - teacher of the Military Institute of the Ministry of defense of Turkmenistan "Installation, preparation of concepts through a variety of programs and implementation of new types of schemes according to the customer".
Dovlet Sariyev, a lecturer at Oguz Han University of Engineering and technology with the project "Inter - industry electronic document management System", won in the category "Transport and communications".
In the "Service Sector" category, the winner was awarded to Abdulla Amangeldiyev, a student of secondary school No. 89 in Ashgabat, for the project "Program for the construction of 22 complexes of external network water supply systems (Estimate report)".
Ovezberdi Kakajanov, a 1st - year student of Oguz Han University of Engineering and technology, won the category "Medium and small business" with the project "Electric and electronic toys".
The best project in the "Smart city" category was recognized as "Speech to Text" by Ashyrbayev Jasurbek, a 3rd-year student of the Oguz Khan University of Engineering and technology of Turkmenistan. The program is designed for audio recording and is based on machine learning, which is an integral part of artificial intelligence.
The winners were awarded certificates of appreciation and valuable gifts from the Agency "Turkmenaragatnashyk".
