During the meeting, the leader of the nation gave the floor to the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Secretary of the State Security Council Ch. Today we are opening and putting into operation a residential complex named after Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov of the Ministry of internal Affairs, the construction of which is another evidence of the state's tireless concern for the conditions of service and life of law enforcement and military personnel. Speaking about this, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the state would continue to pay great attention to strengthening the material and technical base of the security forces, ensuring a happy and prosperous life for military personnel and their families.

Touching upon the theme of the 25th anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov stressed that we celebrate this anniversary in an atmosphere of high spiritual growth, achieving excellent success in all spheres of the state's life. Our current happy life and high achievements linked with the neutrality of the Motherland.
As the leader of the nation emphasized, Turkmenistan is the only state that has included in its Basic Law the UN Resolution on permanent neutrality of the country. Today, the whole world sees our Motherland as a center of peacemaking.
Specific initiatives and proposals of Turkmenistan have received broad international support, which show that we still preserve the centuries-old traditions of our peace-loving people, committed to the principles of friendship and good-neighborliness, the head of state stressed.
