Deputy Prime Minister B. Ovezov announced the preparations for the XIII international online conference on digital economy and innovative technologies of Turkmenistan "Türkmentel-2020" at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
In particular, he reported that the forum planned to hold on November 24-25 in the building of the chamber of Commerce and industry. It is expected that domestic and foreign scientists, experts and businessmen will take part in it.
The extensive program of the conference includes issues of developing international cooperation and attracting foreign investment and innovation, implementing projects in the information and telecommunications sector, providing reliable and high-quality services to consumers, and implementing the digital economy.
Forum participants will get information about new types of digital services, improving the efficiency of wireless communications and technologies, the 5g cellular network and data centers, ensuring cyber security, digital education and telemedicine, will be able to exchange views and determine the forms of further cooperation.
Approving the ongoing work in preparation for the international online conference, the President of Turkmenistan noted its great importance in the exchange of experience between domestic specialists and foreign partners with advanced technologies, as well as in further establishing active cooperation and discussing promising projects.
Noting the need to ensure a high organizational level of the forum, the President addressed a number of instructions to the Deputy Prime Minister, the state Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
