Today, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov took part in mass tree planting, launching the autumn gardening campaign in Turkmenistan. A large-scale environmental campaign to lay new gardens and parks in the vast expanses of our homeland is designed to increase its environmental well-being, decorate all corners of the Turkmen land with a magnificent green "outfit".

To the place of landing of saplings, the President of Turkmenistan arrived on a magnificent steed by the name of Hanbeg.

This year, marked by a glorious date-the 25th anniversary of the status of permanent neutrality of the Motherland-a total of 25 million trees will be planted in the capital and regions.

The head of state planted the Turkmen juniper and launched a new stage of landscaping.

During the event, the leader of the nation planted 30 pine saplings, which carries a deep meaning, symbolizing the beginning of large-scale preparations for the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Motherland.

The initiative of the President of Turkmenistan was joined by members of the government, heads and representatives of ministries and industry departments, numerous residents of the country, also planting 30 seedlings.

As a result of mass planting of tree seedlings in spring and autumn, the area of forest zones on the territory of our Motherland is expanding, which, in turn, increases the healing power of the valleys for people.

Then, during a festive concert prepared by cultural figures and masters of arts, the leader of the nation Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, addressing the audience, noted with satisfaction that today in one of the beautiful valleys of the Turkmen land, saplings of trees were planted, thus our compatriots took part in a noble cause.

"Digging a well, building a road and planting a tree is a noble cause," the President said, stressing that planting a tree means making a great contribution to the eternity of the universe, leaving your name on your native land forever.

Emphasizing the ecological importance of the mass gardening campaign, which demonstrates the close relationship of the Turkmen people with nature, the head of state noted that this aspect plays a significant role in the policy of neutrality of our Motherland.

"After a noble work, it is very pleasant to hear wonderful melodies and songs," he said, wishing everyone to enjoy today's performances.

The performances of art masters included songs celebrating the achievements of the era of power and happiness, which are inextricably linked with the name of President Gurbanguly

Berdimuhamedov – the Hero of Turkmenistan, the hero of all Turkmens, who wrote glorious pages in the modern history of his native country, the State news Agency reports. 

In recent years, the Turkmen land has noticeably changed and flourished. And these are the visible fruits of the policy of the head of Turkmenistan, which has received truly national support. Today, this could be seen during the landscaping campaign, which has become a real holiday of unity and labor enthusiasm of Turkmen citizens.
