On October 28, the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan will hold an auction for the sale of state property.
According to the newspaper "Akhal durmushi", will be exhibited for sale, the objects of the Ministry of agriculture and environment, Ministry of trade and foreign economic relations, State concern "Turkmengaz", State Association "Turkmenhaly", the Ministry of textile industry, administrations of Akhal, Lebap and Mary velayat.
To participation in auction are permitted in accordance with legislation of Turkmenistan the citizens of Turkmenistan, foreign citizens and non-state legal entities of Turkmenistan and legal entities of foreign countries who apply in the prescribed form, paid a Deposit and a special fee and have passed the registration for participation in auction in due time.
Foreign legal entities, international organizations established in accordance with the legislation of foreign States, their permanent representative offices and branches in Turkmenistan can participate in the denationalization of state property and the privatization of state property only if there is an opinion of the Agency for the protection of the economy from risks under the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan.
Applications are accepted and participants are register by the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan from the date of publication of this information message and end 24 hours before the start of the auction. Registration of participants begins on the day of the auction at 9.00.
Consultations on the procedure for participating in the auction and providing additional information about the objects of privatization are carried out by the Department of property relations and business support of the Ministry of Finance and economy of Turkmenistan and the specialized departments of property relations and business support of the Department of Finance and economy of velayats and Ashgabat.
All auction participants are gave the opportunity to be acquainted with the information about the object of privatization in advance. The implementation of state objects is carry out with all obligations.
