Information and consultation training "Internal Auditor of the quality management system" was held for the management and specialists of the company for the sale and maintenance of climate equipment "Salkyn Otag". The training event was held by SGS, a world leader in inspection, examination, testing and certification.
The training was aimed at explaining the principles of quality assurance based on the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The training was based on the requirements of the ISO 9000 and ISO 19011 series of standards.
The consultation and information course consisted of lectures, analysis of real situations and practical exercises. Participants were introduced to the important role of the internal auditor in maintaining and improving the quality management system and the responsibilities of internal auditors.
“Salkyn Otag” specialists have mastered the skills to:
- objectively collect and analyze data;
- make assessments and report on the results of the internal audit of the quality management system;
- plan and organize an internal audit of the quality management system based on internal documented procedures.
The established system of internal control in the company will improve and optimize business processes, which will increase the level of customer satisfaction with the “Salkyn Otag” service.
