The Protocol on the exchange of instruments of ratification to the strategic partnership agreement between Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was signed today in the building of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
The Protocol was signed by acting foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammad Hanif Atmar on the Afghan side, and by Ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Afghanistan on the Turkmen side H. Ovezov.
This document is intended to expand the solid package of interstate and intergovernmental agreements between Turkmenistan and the IRA, the website of the foreign Ministry of our country reports.
